Common Questions
Is this a complete system?
Yes — outdoor condenser, gas furnace, and evaporator coil. You'll still need a copper line set sized for your installation distance, electrical wiring, gas line connection, and a thermostat.
How does heating work?
The gas furnace burns natural gas to heat air, which the blower moves through the ductwork. 80% AFUE means 80% of the fuel's energy becomes useful heat in your home. In cooling mode, the furnace's blower runs but the burners stay off — refrigerant in the evaporator coil cools the air instead.
Why R-32?
R-32 is the next-generation refrigerant replacing R-410A. Lower global warming potential, slightly higher efficiency at the same price point, and aligned with the EPA AIM Act phase-out timeline.
