Ace Air Direct is the e-commerce arm of Ace A/C of Ocala — one of the largest residential HVAC companies in North Central Florida. Our owner Jeff, a veteran who served in Iraq in the 1990s, founded the company with one goal: honest, hardworking service at a fair price.

After installing thousands of systems, we learned something: homeowners were paying too much for HVAC equipment. So we cut out the middleman. He tells a story that defines the heart of this company: "A couple of years ago, another company quoted a WWII veteran $6,000 for a replacement unit. This elderly couple, in their 90s, couldn't afford it. The actual cost was under $1,000. We put in that unit for them. The gentleman asked the cost. I told him he'd already paid for it and thanked him for his service."
